EVENT
DESCRIPTIONS
General Meetings: 150-200 FISD members
typically attend FISD General Meetings for updates on FISD activities,
presentations on new developments in the market data industry, and reports from
other member companies on new initiatives within their organizations. Following
these reports, attendees break into Constituency Group meetings for Consumers,
Exchanges and Vendors. The program concludes with a networking reception. The
December Meeting is followed by the annual FISD North America Holiday Party.
Issue Briefs: 100 - 125
market data professionals typically attend these 90-minute programs for
issue-based discussions, which are followed by networking receptions.
Asia Pacific Financial Information Conference: (APFIC): Biennial two-day
program hosted in conjunction with Inside Market Data featuring presentations
and panels on financial information trends and issues.
